Civil Aviation Authority
Permission for Aerial Work Number 650
Annual permission from the CAA is required to conduct commercial operations with drones. This also requires drones to be insured. We also have achieved our Operating Safety Case.
CHAS
Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme is the industry accreditation for health and safety standards. This is a national database of contractors who have been through a health and safety assessment, and have demonstrated adequate compliance and management standards.
RICS Technology Affiliate
We are very proud to have become one of the first in our field to be recognised by the professional body RICS and to have become a RICS Technology Affiliate. This programme aims to increase awareness and adoption of technology in the built environment and allows us to play an important part in the evolution of the proptech industry.
ConstructionLine
Constructionline is the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service that collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91.
CSCS
All our staff hold CSCS cards to verify their identity showing that they have the required training, qualifications and experience for the work we carry out on sites.
SMAS
We are pleased to have gained a SMAS Worksafe certificate (www.smasltd.com). This means we have met the SSIP core criteria recognised by the HSE and other SSIP accreditation schemes. Meeting the SSIP Core Criteria demonstrates that we are serious about H&S and have (and use) an effective H&S Management System to ensure that any work we are engaged in is carried out without risk to health and safety.
